Search for talent:
Our team uses a variety of resources to search for talent through our personal connections in the industry, talent agency relationships, and personal contacts.
Evaluate candidates:
Once a list of potential candidates has been compiled, weβll put together a working playlist and spreadsheet with artist resumes, portfolios, anticipated artist fees & associated expenses, previous performances and history in the market, or other materials to assess their suitability for the event.
Negotiate terms:
If you decide to move forward with a particular artist, weβll negotiate the terms of their engagement/contract, including all fees, travel arrangements, and any other requirements to make magic happen.
Confirm the booking:
Once the terms have been agreed upon, our agency will confirm the booking, handle any necessary paperwork or contracts, advance the artists, and ensure everything goes to spec.
