Venue Selection Process

Over the years, our team has considered many factors when sourcing and finding a special event venue. Rest assured, we’ve got a database just shy of a mile long that lists out potential venues. We’ll put a list in front of you and schedule site visits to assess your needs and their suitability for the event.

Capacity and layout:

Our team scours our venue database looking for a location to accommodate client needs based on the number of guests expected and a functional layout that suits the type of event (e.g., seated dinner, reception, presentation) we’re trying to produce.

Location:

Just like in real estate - location, location, location - we’ll find a venue convenient for the majority of guests to access and located in an area that is safe and easy to get to.

Amenities:

Details are key. We’ll source a venue with the necessary amenities to support the event, such as catering facilities, audio-visual equipment, and restrooms. And if they lack any of these, we’ll go above and beyond to bring in the necessary infrastructure.

Style:

We’ve produced events in the most random locations - everything from the middle of a cornfield to a parking lot outside a sports stadium and even in abandoned warehouses. Your venue should match the overall theme and style of the event, and our creative team will help craft a vision to bring your ideas to life.

Price:

Price: The venue should be within the budget allocated for the event.

Flexibility:

We thrive on thinking outside of the box. We’ll find a venue willing to accommodate any special requests or needs that the event may have.

Availability:

Once we land on a location, our team will work to ensure the space is available on the desired date and time for the event.
